Kelly Mercier

Responsibilities: Our administrative team is the first point of contact for many of our association member and conference delegate requests.  They capably answer membership and registration questions in both official languages and work closely with the rest of the Willow team to efficiently ensure client satisfaction.

Background: Kelly recently joined Willow from a long term career in administration with a large non-profit association, dealing with the public and managing  a multitude of clerical aspects in an association-based environment. Her job duties range from answering telephone and e-mail inquiries to processing event registrations to assisting Client Managers with different projects for all of Willow’s clients.
