Responsibilities: Sarah manages the overall client operations of the company, to ensure that their projects are delivered on time and on budget.  She is also responsible for the overall management and execution of all marketing and business development initiatives for The Willow Group and its clients. As well, Sarah acts as Client Manager for several associations.

Background: Sarah comes to Willow from the high tech sector, where she spent 15 years developing and rolling out global marketing initiatives for multiple product lines. Coupled with five years of previous client management experience in the association and conference world, she is able to identify and develop initiatives that are both effective and meaningful.

Sarah holds Certified Event Planner and Registered Meeting Planner designations from the International Society of Meeting Planners and is also a member of the Canadian Society of Association Executives.
